Decent pizza. Questionable service. Guys, you promised me my food was free if it didn't arrive in 50 minutes. It's now been over an hour and my food hasn't arrived. You marked my order as "delivered" and didn't call me to tell me what was going on. I had to spend my own time on the phone calling customer service to figure out why my pizza still hasn't been delivered. I have two hungry kids here wondering where their dinner is.
