Very disappointed with the service at this Pizza Pizza location (316 Burnhamthorpe Road, Etobicoke). This was already the third time my order was not ready on time. During the first two visits, I placed take-out orders, paid in advance, and waited inside the restaurant the entire time. Even though the staff could clearly see me waiting, both orders were delayed by 15–20 minutes past the promised time, with no explanation or apology. I had a great experience at Pizza Pizza, thanks to Japneet Singh’s excellent customer service. He was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The pizza was fresh, delicious, and perfectly made. Overall, great food and outstanding service—will definitely be coming back!
