Clean place, but slices are old and dry.. and small. Much smaller than you would typically see at other Pizza Pizza locations.
Pizza was to greasy, service was rude, the only clean thing was the bathroom
Wish I could have given even less than 1. Took an hour and a half for delivery (and only because we called to ask what was taking so long). Two girls showed up (via uber) begging us to pay even though they have a 40 min or free guarantee. Very uncomfortable and terrible customer service. Eventually when we told them to leave and keep the pizza they gave it to us and it was cold. Don’t bother ordering here. Pick one of the other 9 pizza places in Elmira.
Keep in mind I'm visiting here in Elmira on business from California. I've only been to Pizza Pizza this one time. The young lady was very nice and patient. She helped me get my order right. She very politely asked me to have a seat in a pretty nice little corner with 4 chairs and a table. I walked around the store which has tons of snacks, drinks and many other convenience type items.
