Keep in mind I'm visiting here in Elmira on business from California. I've only been to Pizza Pizza this one time. The young lady was very nice and patient. She helped me get my order right. She very politely asked me to have a seat in a pretty nice little corner with 4 chairs and a table. I walked around the store which has tons of snacks, drinks and many other convenience type items. Hung up on me after I gave my number 3 times
Great fast service. Good pizza too.
Ordered pickup via Uber eats for 5:30-6:00 window. Showed up before 5:30, talked to them to tell them I was here, and it wasn't ready until 6:10. I waited 40 minutes for pizza. It was just 2 pizzas and 2 garlic breads. Plus, the pizzas finished before the garlic breads so the pizza started getting cold.
