My perception of Pizza Pizza wasn’t great at all but this location changed my mind. I don’t know if their oven works differently but the taste of the pizza and the crispness of the crust is different from any other location I’ve been to. Keep it !!!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Pizza Pizza, and unfortunately this wasn’t a one-time issue. I found a location online (McLaughlin) that showed as open, so I called and placed an order for a small Italian sausage pizza for $16.25. The female employee who took my order told me it would take about 60 minutes for delivery. I waited the full hour, but nothing arrived. I honestly wish I could give Pizza Pizza a zero—or even negative—rating. This keeps happening during night hours, and it’s beyond frustrating. I ordered through Uber Eats, waited for almost an hour, and then got a call saying the store was closed. When I spoke to the driver, he told me the staff were actually present inside—but they asked him to cancel the order because they didn’t want to prepare it and said the store was “closed.” What’s worse is that when I placed the order, it clearly showed the store was open until 3:00... read more
