I had a terrible experience with Pizza Pizza. They charged my card three times for a single order, which is completely unacceptable. When I spoke to a supervisor, I was told the money had been refunded but it never showed up on my card. To make things worse, customer service was incredibly frustrating. The representative tried to transfer me to a supervisor six different times, and every single time the call got disconnected. No resolution, no follow-up, nothing.
