To the Pizza Pizza Management Team, I am writing to report a serious incident involving a staff member at one of your locations. At approximately 10:00 PM, I encountered a male employee (around 35 years of age, with a beard) who was visibly intoxicated. He was screaming at other customers and displaying extreme anger. I’m so sorry if I’m spelling his name incorrectly—I believe his name starts with “B,” something like Brake. I just wanted to mention that he is absolutely amazing! He provides excellent customer service and always has a smile on his face. His positive attitude creates such a welcoming and friendly environment. I genuinely had a great experience because of the service he provided. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!
