I recently visited to this pizza store and was blown away by the quality of the food and service. The staff greeted me with a warm smile from the moment I walked in.

I ordered from Pizza Pizza (315 Dundas Street East) and my pizza was delivered late. Despite their “40 minutes or it’s free” policy, I have not received a full refund. The quality of the pizza was also unacceptable—it arrived cold and was inedible. Customer service has been completely unsatisfactory. I was given a $10 credit to use towards the purchase of another pizza, which I made clear was for the poor quality, not in place of the full refund I was promised for the late delivery. Excellent pizza, wonderful staff.
At first I thought pizza pizza was just another little ceasers so I kept putting it off on trying them, what a mistake that was on my part , pizza pizza is by far one of the best and tastiest pizza I have ever had !
