Just visited this store, ordered a panzarotti that took 20 mins to make (understood as that’s cooking time) but when I bit into it, it was pure raw dough. When my husband went to return it she told him it was fried that was procedure cooking time and then after the refund proceeded to talk about him in another language right in front of him. REALLY not impressed…. Would not recommend.
Ordered 6 medium pizzas all 6 burnt. Called store to inform them and they told me repeatedly that it’s cooked as per procedure, 7 minutes and 10 seconds. I told them that means nothing to me but the pizzas are burnt. The person placed me on hold, second person came on and kept saying hello hello I can’t hear you and hung up. I called back several times and no answer. Put a complaint to pizza pizza head office today. No option for zero stars but that’s what I give them.
