You can not suppose your customer is taking an online order, only because she has a phone on hand, and you left her standing there for a few minutes only watching you doing random stuff until she asked you: Can you take my order first, considering you need time to make the pizza? I ordered 2 XXL pizza. I asked for paper plates and the cashier after giving me a wierd look gave me 2 paper plates. I asked if I could have some more but she said NO! I was shocked. For 2 XXL pizza and only 2 paper plates? I said nothing but on my way out I saw the delivery guy and I told him the story and he got shocked too and he said I don't know why she did that. By the way if the owner is reading this since 2 girls were working there I was served by the shorter girl with crucket nose.
