J’ai commender a 18h54 un vendredi soir sur mon reçu de commende sa me marque que le livreur doit arriver en 50minutes sinon ma livraison serais gratuite. J’appelle au service client et il me disent la même chose. Really disappointing experience. We placed our order by phone about 30 minutes before arriving, expecting it to be ready when we got there. Once we arrived, we were told they never received the order and that it would take another 30 minutes. We ended up waiting close to an hour in total, and the strange part was that the store was basically empty and didn’t seem busy at all. Very disappointing experience. The first pizza we received tasted stale and appeared to be made with old dough. After complaining, customer service promised a replacement made with fresh dough. I’m attaching pictures of Pizza 1 (stale) and Pizza 2 (fresh replacement) — the difference is clearly visible. Also green pepper was not properly sliced it was big chunks of it.
