Ordered from them for pick up before they closed, they sent a confirmation email and then the pizza never showed up. waited an hour and a half and a bit before calling to get and update and they said they were closed.
update June 2/26: there have been zero changes at this location in fact it's gotten even worse that for covid. The countertops are filthy and their washrooms are not in working order. I cannot believe head office does nothing about this location. The manager should be ashamed. Rude staff. Filthy washrooms and dining area. Go to Pizza Nova instead. I won't be coming back to this location.

Been to this location many times and when I do order a poutine it says poutine made with Cheese Curds. I then get my order and poutine is made with just regular cheese this has been happening every time I get a poutine. Now I get this flyer in the mail saying poutine made with Real Cheese Curds I was expecting Cheese Curds i get the order ask the guy at the counter is the poutine made with cheese curds he says no… I said well you do know you guys advertise it and it’s on their website when ordering he couldn’t answer me back... read more
