My friend ordered 4 pizzas online and the delivery driver said that is not paid even i said him many times. Since i couldn’t contact my friend at that moment i had to pay for the order again. Now to get a refund i have to wait for 7 days which doesn’t make sense. To lodge this complain i had to stay on the phone for 45mins. I will never order from this place.
No hair nets, practically no use of gloves either, overall a very unsanitary environment especially in the back where are the food is prepared, also it should be noted that the staff are extremely rude and have no patience with customers. Food quality is mediocre at best, whoever is in charge of managing this location needs to re-evaluate their work ethic and choice of staff members. Horrible customer service, apparently both washrooms are closed even when you buy a pizza.
Ordered delivery and when the pizza showed up it was an absolute mess. Not sure what happened but I was not happy with what I received.
