I placed a delivery order through the Pizza Pizza app for the Medium Score Savings deal, which included two medium pizzas (four toppings total), four drinks, two dips, and two Pizza Rolls for $5. The order arrived well beyond the guaranteed 50-minute delivery time. The driver stated that they had gotten lost and then had to return to the store before completing the delivery. This is truly one of the worst places to give your business to. A man was having a diabetic attack, and the store manager refused to give him tap water to drink his medicine. He demanded money first. He was willing to risk the person's health and well-being for tap water.
No plates or small packets of chilli pepper flakes but it was the attitude of the older gentleman that really ruined my night. He was extremely rude and I would avoid this specific location. It’s not worth it at all. Management needs to look into low reviews because they are customers who put not only money but an effort into coming into your locations. If Pizza Pizza doesn’t care about low reviews then that speaks volume about what they think of their customers.
