I had a really disappointing experience at this Pizza Pizza location today. The staff member who took our order—an older man without a name tag—was extremely rude and unprofessional.We visited between 8-9. When we asked for suggestions, he got visibly irritated and treated us like we were a bother. Customer service should be welcoming, especially when people are just trying to enjoy a meal. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected. Won’t be coming back here anytime soon.
The guy at the front counter between 8:00 to 8:45 was rude and unhelpful. He seemed annoyed by basic questions and made no effort to assist. Terrible attitude—definitely not someone who should be dealing with customers.

Walked in for a slice today. I first proceeded to the bathroom to wash my hands first because that is good hygiene. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and it had a mostly empty bottle of hand soap sitting directly on the counter instead of using the dispenser. This is a sign that this franchisee is trying to save money and cut corners. We ordered a pizza today its been 40 minutes and we did online order we can an ask for order and the guy who was there such a rude behaviour and shows so much attitude that we are buying free pizza’s and seems to be unprofessional and egoistic with his behaviour
