Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I simply asked a question about the keto crust, as the display clearly said medium size pizza, but the billing screen showed small size. Instead of clarifying, the staff member responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He spoke in a disrespectful, aggressive tone and made me feel like I was bothering him just by asking. HASHIM Rude Staff – Always Yelling Every time I come here, the worker that has Beard and looks around age of 50 is rude and loud for no reason. He yells at customers over simple things and talks with a bad attitude. It’s uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’m not coming back ever again. No wonder this location has 2 stars 😅 all because of HIM 🤣

Hashem bans customer from store for asking for fresh pizza !!!! My friend had a terrible experience at this Pizza Pizza. The first time, they were served something that barely resembled pizza — more like cardboard with some sauce and cheese. They gave the place a second chance, hoping it was just a one-time mistake.
