I love Pizza Pizza, but I had one of the worst customer service experiences here in Ottawa. September 19th 2026 ~ 12 PM. While taking my order (take out), the employee repeatedly insisted on telling me that the toppings I chose were more expensive, even though I never asked about the price or indicated that I was looking for something cheaper. I generally come in the evening and very much appreciate the gentlemen who makes my panzerotti every night. I will be honest, I did not like pizza pizza before never had luck with them. This location, I've been very happy with.
