I'd give it zero stars if I could . I placed an order 3 hours earlier at 9:10 pm to pick up at 11:30 pm . I showed up at 11:30 pm just to find out the store is closed 30 minutes before their schedule. After waiting outside for 10 minutes someone comes and opened the door. My order was completely forgotten and not ready yet . When I called to make a complaint at 11:45 pm, the costumer service rep told me to call back later because his supervisor is not available. Staff don't have welcoming nature even the pizza is burned and environment is also no good.
