Very bad customer service and food item was missing when I sent them a email by saying some condiments missing first they said I did not put the note and I am lieing then she said oh we don't have packages on the store. As we order delivery I think store plus the driver should double check before delivering the food order instead of saying I did not ask for any condiments and then saying we run out of those or it's not available on the store it's waste of money and time giving this location a business

Worst experience. We arrived late in the evening and needed to use the facilities. We ordered $40 in food, and waited for the restroom to be exited. I could hear someone on their phone in the restroom so I knocked to let them know people were waiting. Staff then told us the restroom was out of service. Confused, we told them we could hear someone in there. They then said the person had been in there over 30 minutes.
