Best Pizza place in Toronto!!!
Very rude front staff! I called her twice to place an order ...she don'tknow how to prioritize customer she wants to finish sweeping and clearing up tables instead of attending to the customer! She is so rude! Another customer same time with me is also complaining about her! Why hire staff like this! Not good for the business!
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Staff at this Pizza Pizza showed zero respect and absolutely no professionalism. I placed my order clearly — garlic sauce, not tomato — yet the girl didn’t even listen. When I corrected her, she gave me attitude and refused to share her name. Then another employee yelled, “Who are you?” and told me, “You’re a customer, not the owner.” Seriously? That’s how you talk to customers? Completely ridiculous.
