Really disappointing service. I ordered a medium pizza, and not only did they add an extra topping I never asked for, but they also forgot the dip I paid for. When I brought it up, the cashier — Sofia — rudely argued with us, saying we “should have asked for the dip” even though it was clearly part of the order. It has always been our go to place whenever it comes for any pizza pizza locations. Today was out of my expectations were I didn’t enjoy customer service experience at all with the lady Sofia. this lady at the register is rude and irresponsible. my older brother asked her before we ordered for apple juice and she said “yes i will give 4 drinks”. when she asked for our drinks she said no apple juice since we pnly paid for the cans although we specifically said apple juice. second of all the youngest one had a loose tooth when we came in and when he bit down on his pizza it became really loose and bloody. she got MAD at him for having a bloody tooth and told him to stop “making his tooth bleed” eventually he bit dow... read more
