Ordered pizza for a kids birthday party. Arrived when the app stated the pizza was ready. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before being told to wait a minute. Waited 10 more and they asked my name. Left the counter and returned 10 minutes later and asked again. Eventually they grabbed 2 pizza boxes that had been sitting on top of the ovens since I walked in and called my name to pay. Waited over 30 minutes for them to hand me a finished pizza. Ordered the Volanco dipper pizza, didn’t really expect too much to begin with. Our pizza came with a teaspoon* of dipping sauce; 99.99% Volanco Crater - 00.01% dip.
Bacon Poutine was raw and expired, smelled and tasted bad.
