I placed an order for pizza and picked it up about 20 minutes later. When I got home, I was really disappointed—the pizza was very thin, the crust was hard and almost burnt, and the vegan cheese I had specifically ordered (and always get) was missing. I called customer service right away, but unfortunately, the experience there was just as frustrating. Good staff . Pizza was quick and good quality . They use to serve ice cream not sure if it's coming back but would be a good addition .
Yummy pizza, Friendly and professional staff.
I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with three toppings, but it was a mess! All the cheese was out of the crust, and the crust was empty. 😡 Pizza Pizza customer service said they'd send a new one, but then called back and said the store wants the original pizza back! 🍕🤯 #PizzaProblems #CustomerService #PizzaPizza #FoodFail
