I used to order panzerottis from there. They were quite good at the main Street location in Fredericton and now every time I try to order one I get a phone call saying they don't have the dough to make a panzerotti. I just don't think they want to make them anymore and I'm very disappointed. I'm calling corporate. They are offered on their menu and three times now. Always seems to be "out of stock" of one thing or another not just once or twice, every damn time I ordered id get a call saying this or that is unavailable. Customer service is abysmal they dont abide by the 40 mins or its free guarantee and when they were out of party sized pizzas I asked for something equivalent to that and they couldn't even figure out what that meant. THE HYGIENE WAS GREAT........! THE STAFF WAS neither WEARING A CAP/HAIR NET, nor BEARD NET. ALSO, THE PERSON WORKING THERE WAS NOT CHANGING THE GLOVES, BUT RATHER WASHED THE HANDS, WITH GLOVES ON. WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO EAT FROM THERE. LOW STANDARDS, POOR SANITATION AND HYGIENE.
