3 stars was all I could give. The pizza itself isn't bad. But what was bad, was the Dips. The cheddar jalapeño dips were spoiled and separated. The other bad part was the service when we called to let them know. They asked when we placed the order 3 times, and asked a 4th before we just hung up. We had ordered lastnight, gave the time we ordered and what we ordered. Apparently the person that answered the phone didn't speak or understand English.
Don't get their dipping sauces. 2 different pizza orders and each sauce was out of date. Tried to call to inform them, and they just kept making me repeat myself. Pizza is good, their condiments are past date.
Every pizza pizza store I've been to, they let you switch drinks for dippigs. But this store has it own BS rules. The guy was super rude and did not want to explain any specials
Absolutely the best pizza spot in Cranbrook! The food is always fresh, tasty, and perfectly made every single time. The staff are incredibly friendly and offer outstanding customer service. They even remember our names and orders, which is truly impressive. Highly recommend Pizza Pizza Cranbrook to everyone. Amazing food, wonderful people, and an overall fantastic experience! 10/10
