I was here with my partner and we were talking about the food and I found out they had a Hawaiian Stuffed Panzerotti when it wasn't on the menu and I say to my partner "I might be a little dumb" and the female cashier mumbles "Yeah, You are" I really find this behavior unacceptable and would much appreciate BETTER customer service.
I am a frequent customer at this Pizza Pizza, but my experience today was the worst I have ever had. The menu board advertised a combo for $5.99 (before tax), which is a price I have paid many times before. However, when I went to pay, the full-time employee with glasses charged me $8.70—an extra $2 compared to what I paid just this past Saturday ($6.70) for the exact same thing. Ordered on skip. Driver called me saying the cooks are fighting each other and can’t have our order ready for another 2 hours!
