Received a contaminated pizza and they didn't feel the need to even reply much less try to solve the issue. The crust tasted mouldy/mildewy, but otherwise looked normal. I'm not sure what caused the issue, but we couldn't eat the pizza because of the strong taste overpowering the toppings. If they can't take a complaint like this seriously, they're definitely not taking anything else seriously and you're endangering your health by eating here.
I have no complain about the food. It is what every quick serving restaurant franchise is. The pizza and the overall tastes decent. The location is good and I have been there 4-5 times, only for takeouts. But recently, I had a bad experience. I live nearby, ordered a BOGO pizza through Uber Eats for pickup. The woman at the counter immediately assumed I was a delivery driver (nothing wrong with that, and they deserve equal respect, too). Don’t order from this place I ordered online and they gave me the leftover pizza from others there was missing pieces and on the app I strictly put no meat no pepperoni just to find a piece of it on my pizza. The pizza was missing a piece as if someone took a piece for themselves. The pizza was just filthy and you can tell it was stale
There are some new employees in this location and nothing is the same as before slices are much smaller doesn’t really worth I used to go there every day but I don’t wanna go now this is sad🥲🥲
