Absolutely terrible experience with the Burnaby Pizza Pizza location. I placed and paid for my order online at 2 PM. About 10 minutes later, I received a call — not from the store or a manager, but from customer service — telling me there were no drivers available. The only solution they offered was to cancel my order and wait 12–24 hours for a refund. No apology, no effort to fix the situation, and no alternative offered.
