We order food for a birthday party it was a xxl pepperoni and a large cheese pizza. After picking up the pizza and returning home we started eating it when we noticed 2 different strands of hair in the cheese pizza. We called back for a new pizza replacement or a refund, either would have made us happy. After over 20 minutes on the phone they refused to deliver a new pizza even though we were willing to pay a delivery free and tip. Plus the refund was only a 5$ credit on a nearly 12$ pizza.
