Excellent service! Pizza was great
I am writing to file a complaint regarding an order I placed at your Pizza Pizza location at 603 Colborne St E, Unit 110, Brantford, ON N3S 7S8. I ordered a Butter Chicken Pizza, and unfortunately, when I received it, the chicken was undercooked/raw. After eating your pizza, I have been experiencing continuous vomiting and stomach pain. I am a truck driver traveling from Calgary, so I am not local to Brantford.
The food was absolutely terrible. I placed an order it took over an hour and a half to receive it, which I can understand. During busy evenings, but when I received my pizza, it was cold and the crust was burnt all underneath and around the edges when I say burnt, I mean extremely burnt , I also ordered wings, the wings were overcooked to the point where there was no soft meat. I ordered XL pizza three toppings, and quite satisfied, but cheese bread sticks are disappointing, very dry. However staff is polite.
