I walked in and ordered a 1-topping pizza and was told to wait 15-20 minutes. When I came back, they didn’t even have my order. The clerk apologized, saying he didn’t know why it didn’t go through. I let them know that now I have to wait another 20 minutes. What can they do to make it right? They said because I was a walk-in, they couldn’t do anything, and that’s it. The cashier apologized, but the back staff had a no-care attitude. Will not be returning to this place.
Smallest pizza pizza I've ever seen. Not much room to wait. Make sure to order ahead. Food was normal pizza pizza. It is a bit loud and hard to hear or discuss your order. Again, I suggest using the app to order ahead.
Staff are excellent to deal with. Good sense of humor. Got me 12 large pizzas for 11:45 on a Saturday morning with only around 24H notice. Even let me take a heating bag to make sure everything was hot by the time I got to my destination. Can not say enough good things about this experience.
Got severe food poisoning...coming out of both ends here non stop. Bought wings and pizza from this location $75+ for old wings and nasty pizza. Does Canada not have food safety standards anymore?
We order pizza we were told 15-20 minutes. We arrive to pick up 5 minutes later than we were told they said the pizza would still be 15-20 minutes. They were busy I understand that but they had not even started making the pizza I had ordered. I think with the central call system they are unaware of how busy the store was. This makes the employees look bad. There were only 2 people If I had of known it was going to be longer I would have not driven there so sooN.
