I had a very disappointing experience with Pizza Pizza yesterday. I placed an order through the Pizza Pizza app and paid using Apple Pay. Shortly after, I received a phone call from the store informing me that they did not have a chef available and would not be making my order. When I asked if they could simply cancel the order on their end, I was told they couldn’t and that I would have to “figure it out” myself. The lady who was working was so nice, polite, and helpful. This rating in no way reflects on her professionalism. She was great - and was running the whole place single-handedly. I ordered a couple of XL pizzas to be well done. They were surprisingly beautifully done, and she didn't scrimp on the cheese or toppings - as some Pizza Pizza locations can do.
