Rude employees with horrible customer service skills, even on the phone. I ordered over the phone, I was given a wait time of 25 minutes. I showed up about 35 minutes later after calling to confirm that my order was ready. I get to the store and waited at the counter several minutes while the employees ignored me. I finally I opened my mouth to speak and let them know that I called ahead only to have one employee tell me, in a nasty tone, before I could even open my mouth that he would be right with me. They don’t even honour their own policy about being there within 40 mins. AND they lie on the phone about being their on time and leaving voicemails, when our phone doesn’t even have a voicemail. They have the WORSE customer service ever. The supervisor is incompetent. They don’t protect the customers at all.
