Went to use the attached dog wash. We had some problems with the machine taking money, and when we went inside for assistance, the service was sub-par. The owner and his wife were standoffish, sarcastic and unhelpful. To put it bluntly- bitchy. The pizza is bad and the service even more so. I would not recommend spending time or money at this establishment.

3 of us met there, from Madison, Wauwatosa, and Hartford. We really enjoy their pizza.
Unfortunately the last few times the food has been flavorless and my order was missing items that I paid extra for. This used to be one of my favorite pizza places in the area. I always ask for extra sauce on my pizza and this time instead I get a bucket of cheese and a soggy plain pizza. The pizza is generally fine at the Pit, but they had Fox news blaring on the TV, and the staff was making inappropriate comments. It is fine to have your own viewpoints, but as the face of the business, is it worth alienating customers by airing your political grievances in front of them?
