I ordered a large pepperoni pizza at 6pm the person on the phone said it would be 45 minutes to an hour. I arrived at 7pm and the manager said it "somehow your pizza slipped off the oven", whatever that means, and they had to redo it. Ok, so I sat and waited for over 30 minutes and in that time I must have seen 15-20 pizzas go in and out of their oven and given to customers. None of which were mine. It’s a take out place
Pizza is good, but customer service is terrible. I ordered Philly Cheese Steak Pizza it supposed to be to come with onions and green peppers but there was mushrooms and no onions or green pepers. Over phone wasn’t offered jalapeños or didn’t even get a chance to say I want them added but website says that I can add it. As soon as I said pizza name I want to order worker told me price and hang up. Never received this bad of a service.
Sometimes a woman needs a good lager and a really good pizza! These guys don’t disappoint! It was what I hoped it would be, Perfect!
We ordered a Veg 12 inch/Delivery for the first time in years since we are buying our raw dough at Publix and making our own at home. It was horrible. It was greasy and thin as paper in the middle. We tried 10 times to call them back and they would not answer the phone. This was about 6:00pm last night. We will never again pay $40 for something that went in the trash. We were in a hurry last night and thought well lets treat ourselves to a night of fun! Never again!
