I came here to buy some pizza for my kids. The kid that was doing the drive thru didnt even acknowledge that I was there. Didn't even say can you give me a min or ill be with you in a minute.

We had a problem with my order bc we asked to no pork on our food which basically means that we should have no pork at all not because they thought that when we made the order that we only wanted one side no pork. When we show up to get our order fixed that we have an associate tell us that they will not make a remake bc their is nothing wrong with the oder and go back and forth with us on what wrong and what was said and how the order was portrayed.

Pésimo servicio la muchacha flaquita y blanquita que atiende enfrente, de mal humor deberían darle formación de como atender al cliente amablemente. Pésima forma, pague 2 aderezos nunca los puso, pedí queso y solo los aventó arriba de la caja. Si no está a gusto en ese lugar que deje a alguien más que atienda con un buen servicio al cliente

I ordered through DoorDash two nights ago, and when our pizzas arrived they were completely undercooked. The dough was wet, doughy, and not edible. I called the store, and they offered to remake the pizzas, but then told me they didn’t have any dough ready and that the replacements would probably come out the same. I asked for a refund, but was told they couldn’t refund me because I ordered through DoorDash.
