A phone order was placed about 2:30pm on Sunday (we knew will be busy) and said will be picked up at 4:30pm, I got there few minutes after 4:30pm, got charged for the order, after I got charged by Samuel (extremely rude) told me it was not ready that I have to wait for 20 more minutes, got a refund and left.
