Pizza is so bad and flavorless tastes like nothing

This is the first time I ordered from here. My pizza arrived and half of it had only marinara sauce and nothing else. I paid for extra cheddar and extra mozzarella cheese. It specifically says I wanted the extra cheese on the whole pie. Somewhere something got clicked that says remove cheese from the left half (I did not realize this). I called to ask what happened.
