I rarely leave reviews, but this experience honestly shocked me. We went to pick up our order around 8:24pm. Our email confirmation said it was supposed to be ready at 8:04pm. My husband went inside while I waited in the car, and he came back to tell me they couldn't find our order and thought it may have been given to someone else. After showing them the email confirmation, they said they would remake it and that it would take about 10-15 minutes.
