Ive loved this place since I was in high school up until a few nights ago I placed a pick up order at 8pm to pick up at 8:30. Didn’t get my pizza until 9:10 pm because they were backed up which was fine I waited patiently. I get home and my pizza undercooked and gummy it was already 10 and could not call. Terrible customer service took in a pizza because it was raw got attended by Ivan with a new pizza drove a couple minutes away when realized the new pizza was also raw came back to the store less than 10 minutes from having had left it and just wanted my money back and got told by ivan he has been making pizzas for 29 years that the machine always makes them that way and thats how he would eat them he stated I proceeded to ask for a corporate number and he continued to provide false information.
Muy mala experiencia, anoche 19 de marzo compramos una XL Mexicana y estaba cruda, el mánager no quiso reconocer la mala calidad de la pizza y total que se la dejamos ahí más de 3/4 de la pizza, solo agarramos 3 pedazos y pues no se los iba a regresar mordidos por eso faltaba 3 pedazos. Denise was awesome! It was my first time coming in, and she gave me a great rundown of everything they have to offer. She was also training a young man at the same time, and he was doing an awesome job too. Both of them were super helpful and made the experience really pleasant! 😊
