Associate very friendly young man, attentive, and helpful
Culebra/Tezel location is lacking customer service. Stood in the store for about 15-20 mins before being acknowledged. Only one person was working, doing everything. He was nice but I wasn't going to wait another 45 minutes for a pizza. Not sure if management or owners care about customer service but it was non-existent today. First impressions, lasting impressions. No more pizza patron for me.
This location Has improved so much it’s a permanent go to spot from now on. Great job guys !
Walked not one person working waiting 5-10 min not one person inside store Not a good look
I ordered 12 hot wings for 16.00, they were gross... You could still taste the frozen part .. they said they baked them for 15 minutes ... I went back asked for a refund they said it would take 7-10 days for the refund. I said never mind just go ahead and get me another order... She just put the same chicken in the oven for another 15 minutes.... They were still gross ... And then the girl used a napkin to try to pull the chicken apart to see the rawness
