My experience was so bad i refuse to buy anything again!
Had ordered chicken tenders and fries online, when I arrived at the restaurant I was told they didn't have chicken tenders but they offered to make me something for the same price as what I ordered. I appreciated the effort but I was in the mood for chicken tenders and asked if they could refund my money. They said they could but I never received a refund. I’ve never had a issue with the roomy service has always been great however I brought my daughter in on the 17th it was her birthday she turned 2 and a African man walked into the store while we were waiting for our order and he went straight up to my baby and touched her face I told him not to touch my child and he walked right in the back where the cooks r I asked if he worked there they said yes I asked got a supervisor and another man asked wat was wrong and I told him and he was very dismissive saying that’s what we do ... read more
