Wow! Great crust. All pizza should be like this.
That might be the best slice I've had this year, if not longer. Milkshake / Coffee lovers take note, they can combine those two things, making for an excellent diversion from the typically less satisfying blenders you'll otherwise get at your local coffee shop. Compliments to everyone involved. Cheers!
Everything is great here except their white pants sauce and their steak n cheese sub. For red sauce pizza and ice cream/shakes it's baller. Tip for your steak and cheese please start grilling the onions and peppers. No one likes bitting into that stuff raw in a steak and cheese. Also I can't remember if you toasted the bread or not but might should do that too.
Update. After the owner explaining the process I have edited my stars. My apologies. I thought it was trimming corners Unfortunately they are going away from making their bread in house and the subs have reduced in size. I would suggest going back or offering a premium sub. Don't compete. Stand out. The next step is ordering pre-made dough, oh wait I haven't ordered a pizza lately. Sad for Wellington.
