Very Professional Company!! we are so happy with our oven. There customer service is spot on , and Annette was there to assist from start to finish. Highly recommend them if your looking to purchase an oven.
I was so keen to buy from these guys after the reviews and left a few messages as I had some questions about the Alfa 3 pizza oven prior to spending $6k + on it and accessories, but nobody got back to me. Bought elsewhere, so I got the outcome I wanted, but it's a pity they missed out on a sale.
Tom was such a pleasure to deal with, and got my order to me within 48 hours! Would highly recommend buying a pizza oven from these guys instead of Barbecues Galore
