Ordered a pizza from them last night. They told me it would be delivered in about 45 minutes. Took 2.5 hours. No apology, no discount, no explanation. I'll use Carbone's next time.
Ice cream is great when they have my favorite flavors. Workers never seem happy or that they want to be there. They never smile. They really should care about their appearance more as well. The place needs a little love. We like going there for a hard ice cream treat, but the lack of people skills is getting hard to tip.
Honestly, the delicious pizza and good ice cream prices keep this place afloat. The management is ridiculously terrible (personal knowledge), the adult staff (not the teens!) have zero idea of what customer service is, and I try not to touch a single thing when I'm in there. It's the most uninviting ice cream store I've ever seen. How can they have not updated the interior year after year? This place would go gangbusters under new management. It's a gross store that I hate going in but I love the pizza.
