As I sit here. My pizza was made approx 10 min ago. The chef plated and it was just sitting there white the waitress has a full long conversation OVER MY FOOD! the male waiter had a sniffing problem as he touched his nose multiple times. The appetizer came out ling after our drinks arrived. The origination of this is establishment is ZERO! While only 10 people. The wait on pizza is longer it too to cook. Having full blown conversation over people's food is disgusting!
Awesome waitstaff- so attentive!! Amazing interior and great food. Really nice experience- I made a reservation which I’d recommend. We were able to see the pizza being made. We took three well behaved 8-12 year old kids and they also loved it.
They must have been short staffed. Our server was killing himself but it is impossible, for any one person, to manage the area he was responsible for. I wish I got his name but he was lovely. Very friendly, apologetic, and obviously hardworking. Pizza Lab set him up for failure. We ordered two proseccos to start. They arrived after our two appetizers and main arrived. Really disappointing experience. We had a reservation for Friday night at 6:30. We showed up at 6:15 and they seemed confused that we had a reservation. There were three tables total and the rest was bar seating. One of the tables had just started their meal and another was finishing up, but they sat us at the bar temporarily. As a major of Culinary Arts, in my 19 years of life, this is definitely the best pizza I’ve ever had. Worth the stop if you have time.
