I recently called in an order for pick up at the Big Stone Gap location. I went inside and was immediately impressed with how professional everyone was, nobody was standing around I was very impressive and the price was in line with exactly what was ordered. The pizza was delicious!!! I will be back!
Absolutely excellent. Chicken bacon ranch pizza and large cheese stick for dinner. Feed my family of 3 plentifully. They have the smoothest garlic butter in a cup.
I don't know why but I've had consistently rude customer service interactions. I've eaten here for quite some time but I just can't anymore. I kept trying to make excuses for shitty attitudes but today was the last time. Won't be going back. It's interesting because I mentioned it to a couple of other people and turns out they stopped going for the same reason.
