We have gotten pizza from you quite a few times - always excellent. But the last three times we have tried to call in our order. We are put on hold for over 10 minutes and hang up or the phone just rings and rings and rings and no one picks up and it goes to a voicemail box that has not been set up. It is very frustrating. We just tried tonight and had the same thing with no one answering or being put on hold. It’s sad, but I don’t feel like I will try again.

The pizza is always great whenever we choose Jamestown pizza king for our dinner. They also have the most excellent customer service. A team of people!
