I ordered a 16" royal feast with BBQ and got a 14" instead. I pointed out to the girl working and she tried to convince me it was a 16" . I came home and measured it and it was a 14". I called back to tell her and another gal answered the phone, claiming to be a manager...I told her what happened and she hung up on me and said I was rude...That's how they handle discrepancies?
