Horrible customer service. I ordered two pizzas from the Pizza Inn location is Mesquite, TX on 8/17/24. The pizza was incorrect. I called the store immediately and spoke with a man that identified himself as the manager S. John. He gave me the runaround and pretty much told me it was "tough luck" that the store got my pizza wrong. He mentioned the store calls if they have any questions about an order. Recently, Every time I’ve ordered carry out at the Asheville Hwy location in SpTBg, SC the pizza order was wrong or like today the pizza is completely uncooked. Repeatedly getting my order Incorrect, and improperly prepared pizza is habitual at this location.
I wish I could give you guys zero reviews! The pizza inn on Galloway in Mesquite! I ordered a pizza wings and A 2 liter Cherry Pepsi! Not only did they not deliver my Pepsi! The Pizza was cold! I call back to alert them and the Abdul! the manager was rude and disrespectful! Told me there was nothing he could do about that! I tried contacting the corporate office and of course there was no answer so we are warming up cold pizza!
