I had a disappointing experience at the Pizza Inn in Henderson, NC. I called ahead to confirm buffet prices and was told $10.99 for adults. My family and I arrived well before 4:00 PM, but when we got our check at 4:20 PM, we were charged $12.99. The waitress admitted the mistake, but the manager, Mark, refused to adjust the price, claiming it was due to when the ticket was printed. Instead of fixing a simple issue, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. Poor customer service and unfair pricing—I won’t be returning.

Great place for Pizza and the service was great, too
Since the new management this place has really changed! Great prices. Buffet is always fresh. My forever favorites are the buffalo pizza and the pineapple upside down pizza
