Ordered a pizza and waited inside. After about 12-15 minutes I was told my pizza was almost ready. Within a minute or two the clerk pulled a pizza from the warmer... Turns out, my pizza wasn't fresh from the oven. It was pulled from the warmer where pizzas go to keep warm and turn stale if not picked up in a timely manner. I feel this was very sneaky of the clerk. I am Very dissatisfied and I Will never return.

Generally dont like leaving bad reviews because I manage a Burger King and know how important reviews are. That said, I serve my customers up until the time we close, if they come 11:59 and it takes 10 minutesto make their order so be it, we dont turn equipmentoff early. If your listed as open til 1030, but stop taking orders 15, 20 minutes before close that should be noted. Why not close at 10 but serve and deliver any orders up until 1030? I work late, served people myself for 12 hours and was really looking forward to it ... read more
