An underwhelming experience in Pizza Hut during our visit to Langkawi. First of all, a service charge is charged and the staff literally do not come near you or to advise you need to order at the counter, after sitting waiting for a while, other tables clearly had this issue too so it’s obvious staff are not communicating with customers.
