They pizza is so good not that they fixed they recipe

This terrible waiting 2 hours for a delivery on my order, I order online at 1:30pm and my post delivery at 2:30pm. My order never arrived called manager ask for a refund, she got a attitude and was very rude, this a poor customer service, Shreveport, Louisiana
I ordered ahead and was in time for my pickup. I waited at the window for 15 minutes before anyone would come to the window. There was at least 4 or 5 people working. Finally a man came to the window and was so rude. Not a word of thanks or can I help you. I gave him my name and I guess he couldn’t understand so asked for my phone number. Not another word came out of his mouth. I will take my business elsewhere.
