I ordered my dinner for myself and guests on their app, a pepperoni and a supreme pizza. When the pizza arrived, they had sent the wrong pizza to me. It took 6 try's to finally get a person on the phone, and when I requested a refund the absolute faff around from the staff has been ridiculous. Nearly the best Pizza Hut in Australia! I honestly didn’t have high expectations, even with its 4-star rating, as it’s a franchise location—but the result was surprisingly impressive. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with a cheese crust, and it was unbelievably good. The crust alone was outstanding—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The sauce and cheese were generous, and the toppings were well-balanced and delicious.
